Nepheli Loux is an NCP whose questline can be challenging to decipher, but it's worth completing to obtain her summon sign in Elden Ring.


Elden Ring has various quests for players to complete on their journey through The Lands Between. Some are more difficult than others, and Nepheli Loux's quest is one of the more difficult ones to complete.

Because parts of her quest overlap with other NPCs in the game, it makes this quest one that many players struggle to get through.


Luckily, you do not need to be one of them, as we have put together a guide on Nepheli Loux, including her location, questline and summon locations.

Where to find Nepheli Loux in Elden Ring?

You can find Nephi Loux initially at Stormveil Castle inside a room before reaching the Secluded Cell Site of Grace. The room is down a linear path guarded by two grafted birds that lead to Godrick the Grafted.

After you find and speak to her, you can head on to challenge Godrick the Grafted. You will also be able to use her de ella golden summon de ella outside the fog door to have her de ella help you take down the ruler of Stormveil Castle.


Once you have defeated Godrick, you can move on to find Nepheli in the hallway outside the Twin Husk Maidens room at the Roundtable Hold. Once done, she will give you the Arsenal Charm talisman that increases equipment load, and you can now begin your quest for her.

How to complete the Nepheli Loux questline in Elden Ring?

After speaking with Nepheli and exhausting her dialogue from her, she will move to the Village of the Albinaurics. The quest becomes slightly more complex; the outcome depends on your choices.

Once arriving at the Village of the Albinaurics, speak to Nepheli until you have exhausted her dialogue from her. After this, defeat the Omenkiller boss nearby; you can summon her to help you with this fight. Doing so will cause her to return to Stormveil Castle later when you need to make your decision that decides her fate.


If you have completed the Ranni the Witch questline, you will have unlocked access to Seluvis, an NPC from Ranni's questline. Speaking to him at his tower from him will begin his quest from him where he will task you with giving poison to Nepheli.


Now you can head back to the Roundtable Hold and find Nepheli downstairs. Speaking to her de ella wo n't allow you to give her the potion yet, and you will need to talk to Gideon. Speaking to him will provide you with the option to decide Nepheli's fate for her.

Should you give Nepheli the poison or have Gideon dispose of it?

When you speak to Gideon, he will tell you about Nepheli's plight from her and give you a choice to either give her the poison or give it to him to dispose of. If you decide to provide Nepheli with the poison, she will become unresponsive, and your dialogue with her ends.


After this, if you return to Seluvis, you will be able to purchase Nepheli's spirit summons from him as she is now a puppet without any will of her own, thanks to the poison you gave her. This is the only real benefit to completing Seluvis' quest as you receive Nepheli's spirit summon, but Nepheli's quest is cut off.


If you choose to give Gideon the poison and he disposes of it, you can return to Seluvis and lie about giving it to her. While you can continue Nepheli's questline, this ends his questline from him, but you have access to incantations from him.

After this, travel to the Chapel of Anticipation and have you battle the Grafted Scion to unlock the area. At the top of the Chapel, you'll find the Stormhawk King that you'll need to give to Nepheli later on.


It is necessary moving forward that you have progressed the Kenneth Haight questline to the point where he has also returned to Stormveil Castle, located at the Throne Room. Only once this is done will Nepheli also move from the Roundtable Hold to the Throne Room, located near the Godrick the Grafted Site of Grace.


Finally, speak to Nepheli, and she will thank you for all your help from her and inform you that she has left Gideon's side from her. After exhausting her dialogue from her, she will give you the Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, and that if you were to become Elden Lord, she would lighten the burden, meaning she becomes summonable, ending her questline.

What is Nepheli Loux summon opportunities in Elden Ring?

Nepheli will be available to summon for the Godfrey, First Elden Lord boss battle, and the Omenkiller boss located in the Village of the Albinaurics fights. This summons will be available regardless of your choice of her in her questline of her.
