Warzone Buy Station glitch causes players to get stuck
Warzone players are getting stuck due to a glitch affecting Buy Station that has been ruining games, with no plans to fix the glitch anytime soon.Call of Duty games always had the occasional bug; as with most online games, Warzone is no different. One specific bug has been plaguing players for years, and there doesn't seem to be any hope of a fix from Raven Software.
The Buy Station glitch has been affecting both new and veteran players for years and outright ruining the game at certain times. Raven Software has yet to address whether they plan to fix the glitch in a future update for CoD Warzone.
Warzone Buy Station glitch causes players to get stuck
For those who are unfamiliar, the glitch causes you to get stuck in the Buy Stations if you're anywhere near them when they get opened. Some players find lying down near them triggers the bug, and others say simply standing near the box or wall behind it causes the glitch.
Once stuck, there's no way out of the glitch unless you kill yourself or your enemies get to you first and take you down. The game gets ruined by this glitch since if you had a good streak going or were working your way up to pin your opponents, you could say goodbye to your plans.
Players have voiced their frustration due to this glitch since 2020 and still haven't received any news regarding a fix or patch, but they aren't backing down on complaining about it. One player posted their gameplay highlighting the glitch and how they got trapped in Buy Station.
According to Reddit user, ThermiteKing wrote, "Long story short, I went to get a self to revive, and a UAV at the Prison Courtyard Buy Station, and this glitch happened to me, causing me to glitch into the Buy Station".
Due to its inconsistency, even veteran players can get caught out and trapped in the Buy Station. Since there's no guaranteed way to avoid it, if you're standing anywhere near the Buy Station, there is a chance this can happen to you.
At this point, players have accepted this glitch as part of the game, and to avoid it, they take measures when opening the Buy Stations. They stand further away once pressing the button to open it or jump back as it opens to avoid being anywhere near it.
Even though players have found "workarounds", we are still hoping for a patch or a fix as time goes on. The bug can ruin the game for many new players and cause frustration for veterans, souring an otherwise fun experience.
As we await an official statement or update from Raven Software, we'll update this story with the latest news and developments surrounding the Buy Station glitch in Warzone.
