Elden Ring VR mod will be released soon

An Elden Ring VR mod that lets gamers experience the FromSoftware title in a whole new way is expected to arrive some day.


Gone are the days when game modding meant unlocking scrapped features that weren't completely removed or added to the craziness like transforming a dragon into "Macho Man" Randy Savage like in Skyrim.

Now modders are improving the graphics of a game. They add various difficulty settings and even different ways of playing such as virtual reality. When it comes to Elden Ring, the upcoming VR mode is getting gamers incredibly excited.

Modder set to bring VR to Elden Ring soon

Elden Ring is filled with terrifying creatures and powerful enemies that can finish a game in the blink of an eye. Adding a VR element to it will make them even scarier.

This is FromSoftware Inc. It seems to be the intention of Luke Ross, who has announced that the PC version of the game is next in line in the VR mods program that will be created.

Ross is a well-known mod maker in the PC community and has worked hard to bring VR support to various games. His roster of work includes:GTA V
Red Dead Redemption 2
Mafia II
Horizon Zero Dawn

cyberpunk 2077

There are more, but these are the most notable, Elden Ring will be joining the list soon. A preview of the mod was posted on Ross' YouTube channel, and players were given a teaser of what to expect.

The mod maker said the VR mod will likely be a work in progress for a while, but the first playable version is on the way. He gave a time slot "next week" on April 22, 2022.

Next week is clearly behind, so who knows when exactly the mod will be released. The mod may arrive at any time and the community is patiently waiting.
