Overgrown and intensified elemental reactions leaked in Genshin Impact
According to leakers, element and nation will come together in version 3.0. Leaks regarding two new Dendro reactions have already surfaced.
It seems that Dendro is not the most reactive element in Genshin Impact. It only reacts with Pyro, Hydro and Electro. Players understand why Dendro didn't react with Geo and Anemo, but were disappointed with his inability to react with Cryo.
Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming Condensed and Overgrown reactions.
Genshin Impact will reportedly release two new Dendro reactions
Genshin Intel recently revealed the following Dendro reactions:
This reaction is triggered when Electro encounters Dendro. Generates an Electro particle and increases Dendro and Electro DMG against the affected enemy for seven seconds.
Many players believe Intensified will act as an indirect buff for Electro. The element has been absent from day one but still feels weak compared to Cryo, Hydro and Pyro.
With the inclusion of Dendro, Travelers can boost the damage output of Electro characters and use them as main damage dealers.
The overgrown
reaction occurs when Hydro meets Dendro. First of all, it drops mushrooms, which are explosive in nature. After contacting Hydro, they handle the AoE Dendro DMG.
Fungi also affect gamers, according to Genshin Intel. Because of this, players may have to dodge their own attacks while playing with Dendro characters
.
However, it's safe to assume they will be released with version 3.0 alongside Sumeru.
Genshin Impact leak test Condensed and
Overgrown Prominent leaker Lumie recently tested Intensified and Overgrown against a Dendro-influenced hill.
The leaker showcased Dendro reactions using characters like Raiden Shogun and Xingqiu, who can easily apply their respective elements.
Instead of a mushroom, Lumie used an Electro particle as a placeholder.
Not much can be judged by the leaked test video as it does not contain any numbers or statistics.
Still, players were pleased to learn that Cryo and Dendro can be implemented together. Accordingly, when they use a Pyro attack on an enemy affected by Dendro and Cryo, they will be able to take damage from their Meltdown and Incinerate reactions at the same time.
All in all, it will be exciting to see how Dendro impacts the meta in Genshin Impact version 3.0. From now on, players can wish Ayaka was in the rerun header.
